The fog rolled in as I was driving into Cambridge for an early morning session with Diane and Chris on the Longfellow Bridge. I was honestly a bit worried, we had been so excited about a sunrise session and the fog was kind of putting a damper on things. But these two rolled with it and had a blast walking around as people made their way to work early in the morning.
And the results? Well the fog really SHOWED UP. It created a whole level of drama we weren't expecting. The sun trying to peek through, pops of fall colors here and there. Personally, I loved the results. And I really loved getting to know Chris and Diane. Their story of how they met was like fate.. the right place at the right time. It's like all the stars aligned and they were supposed to be there.
We had a special guest join us for the second half of the session - you know what I always say.. always bring the dog! Logan was the cutest. Honestly, I think he was smiling for me. 10/10 good boy.
As I made my way back to my car, I was so grateful for couples like Diane and Chris, so down to Earth and the conversation is so easy. I can't wait to photograph their wedding next year at the Museum of Science!
Diane and Chris, thanks so much for waking up early and having a blast with me in the fog! I can't wait to photograph you two again next you. And thanks for bringing Logan out too! You know I'm a sucker for pups 🐶
Until next time, live creatively friends.
